About these terms

This website is operated by dshié Skincare, trading as dishié Skincare, in Nigeria. These terms explain how you may use lovedishie.com and how purchases from our online store are handled. Please read them before ordering. Our Privacy Policy explains personal data use, and our Returns and Refunds Policy explains returns.

Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law gives you.

Using the website and your account

Use the site lawfully and provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. You must be legally able to make a purchase, or have permission from a parent or guardian who takes responsibility for the order. Keep account credentials private and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.

Do not attempt to interfere with the site, access another person’s account, introduce harmful software, or misuse reviews, forms, or promotions. Access may be restricted to address fraud, security risks, or unlawful activity, without removing rights relating to existing orders.

Products and skincare information

Product descriptions, ingredient information, instructions, and warnings should be read before purchase and use. Packaging or images may change; screen settings can affect how colours appear. Products supplied must still match their description in all material respects.

Use products according to their labels. Skincare results vary between people. Website content does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. A difference in individual results does not remove any right relating to a defective, unsafe, unsuitable, or misdescribed product.

Prices, payments, and promotions

The checkout shows the currency, product price, available delivery charges, and applicable taxes before you pay. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion or transaction charges. Promotional conditions, including eligibility, exclusions, and expiry dates, are stated with each offer.

Use payment methods offered at checkout and authorised by the account holder. If a material pricing or availability error affects an order, we will contact you before proceeding. We will not charge a higher corrected price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil an order, amounts paid for the unfulfilled items will be refunded.

Orders and delivery

Submitting an order is a request to buy the selected products. An automated receipt confirms that we received the request; fulfilment remains subject to payment confirmation and stock availability. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will explain the issue and refund amounts paid for items we cannot supply.

Available shipping destinations, charges, and delivery estimates are shown during checkout or communicated before fulfilment. Estimates may be affected by courier operations or customs. We will communicate material delays. Contact us if a parcel is missing, damaged, or incorrectly delivered so we can investigate with the courier.

For international orders, any customs duties or import charges payable by the recipient should be checked before purchase. We do not use courier or customs delays to exclude responsibilities imposed on us by law.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We will check its fulfilment status and explain the available options. An order already dispatched may need to follow our returns process. Applicable cancellation rights remain available.

Read the Returns and Refunds Policy for the 14-day unopened-product return window, return shipping arrangements, and refund process. The change-of-mind window does not limit statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.

Reviews and website materials

Reviews must reflect your own experience and must not contain unlawful content or another person’s private information. By submitting a review for publication, you allow us to display it on the website and moderate it for these requirements. Contact us if you need to correct or remove personal information from a review.

The dishié name, branding, website design, and product content belong to us or the relevant rights holders. You may use the site for personal shopping and share links. Commercial copying or misuse of protected material requires the rights holder’s permission, except where the law permits it.

Responsibility and your legal rights

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but maintenance and technical interruptions may occur. We remain responsible for obligations and liability that applicable law places on us. Nothing here excludes responsibility for defective goods, fraud, gross negligence, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If a clause is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply so far as the law allows.

Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Nigerian law, including applicable consumer protection requirements. Mandatory protections that apply to an international customer are not excluded.

Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. You may also seek assistance from the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission or use a competent court or another lawful complaint process. There is no requirement to waive these options.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms for future use of the site and future orders. The date at the top identifies the current version. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights relating to a purchase already made.
